This necklace holds a stunning piece of Royston Ribbon Turquoise from Nevada. Usually turquoise is cut so that the whole surface is turquoise, but with Royston Ribbon, they cut the cross-section so that you can see the vein of turquoise running through the parent rock. I purchased the stone directly from the family that owns and mines this rock in Nevada.
The necklaces is sterling silver and measures approximately 1.5". It hangs on an 18" oxidized (darkened) sterling silver chain. If you would like a longer or shorter chain or a shiny silver chain, please write a note at checkout. The necklace is handcrafted in my jewelry studio in Brattleboro, Vermont.
